But what’s the best way to get into laughter and maybe even out of anger? …
Don’t focus on the negative. What if you would have an empowering question, which you could ask yourself and off goes your brain searching for answers which take you mind off the negative things?
This is a powerful tool. Empowering questions like “what can I do today to have more fun”, “how can I create a great experience for me and others today” or “how can I be a leader and true to myself” have worked for me and my coaching clients. Pick one or create your own and start your day by asking you the same question. No immediate answer required, but your brain will start ticking away - as it does - finding answers for you along the way and some of the answers you give yourself are really funny.
And yes there is help to reconnect with belly deep laughing. Laughter clubs meet world wide to experience the power of laughter. You will be amazed how many different laughter types there are. And yes there there are great joke sites on the internet.
